Endodontics

Endodontics is a dental specialty that treats infections or inflammation inside a tooth, particularly in the pulp. It aims to preserve the natural tooth using modern techniques, such as the endodontic microscope.

Treatment is indicated in cases of pain, sensitivity, or discoloration of a tooth, and consists of cleaning and sealing the root canals. When properly followed, it allows the tooth to remain functional and durable, provided that good oral hygiene and regular checkups are maintained.
